Private Psychotherapy and neuro-rehabilitation services are provided by our team of registered psychotherapists. We offer both virtual and in-person options.
Our focus is on helping those with complex challenges, often with those who have worked hard in the past but not yet had a great deal of success in making progress.
Our person-centered approach means we work to find a good fit with you, and therapy styles can include CBT, ACT, DBT, and Solutions-Focused Therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, as well as neurological disorders.

In our first meeting together, we will discuss and review your medical information as well as your current concerns. Our goal is to develop a strong understanding of the challenges you are having as well as your goals. Typically these appointments are about an hour in duration. Appointments can occur virtually or in-person, depending on your preference.
Things to bring:
1) Your medical history
2) Any other relevant assessments from Physicians, Occupational Therapists, or Psychologists
WSIB clients will receive psychological assessment as part of the Community Mental Health WSIB program.
Neuroemotional/psychodiagnostic assessment is available to all clients, as are neuropsychological assessments as needed.
If you choose to continue to work with us, we usually set some regular appointments at first (weekly or bi-weekly). Appointments are typically 50 minutes in duration. Frequency of appointments will be determined based on an individual's needs and progress over time. Appointments can occur virtually or in-person.
We may not have all the expertise required to meet your needs or accomplish all your goals, and therefore we may need to refer you to colleagues or specialized programs within the region. We will help to set up the appropriate referrals and liaise with them to ensure your care is managed appropriately.
Your medical team is also welcome to refer you to us, so as to best maintain continuity of care.
