Clinical Focus
Amy is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). During her practicum she gained experience supporting youth and adult clients at a private practice and with the Medical Psychotherapy student clinic under the supervision of Sean Robb (Ph.D., C.Psych., RP). Amy’s take an eclectic approach to therapy to best fit her client’s needs. Her foundational framework being acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), in combination with a variety of other techniques from various modalities when needed.
