Stacy is currently registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and brings with her a wealth of experience in supporting clients after over a decade working in community services, recreation therapy and coaching. She utilizes an eclectic, trauma-informed and multi-disciplinary approach grounded in evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, narrative and mindfulness-based therapies, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Her training included working as a student clinician at Medical Psychotherapy under the supervision of Sean Robb (Ph.D., RP), supporting clients with a broad range of mental, physical, and emotional concerns including chronic pain, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and life transition challenges. Stacy is currently accepting new clients.
