Kelsey Waterhouse, MA, RP (Qualifying)

Clinical Approach and Philosophy:

Kelsey is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She strives to create a safe and collaborative space for clients to feel heard, seen, and understood. She works with teens, young adults, adults, and older adults, supporting them through a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Kelsey’s approach is thoughtful, attentive, and collaborative. She utilizes evidence-based modalities to support her therapeutic approach. She prioritizes the need for flexibility and collaboration when implementing therapeutic interventions between clinician and client. Throughout her clinical practicum, Kelsey established an interest in supporting clients impacted by neurological conditions, including brain injuries. She continues to seek new opportunities to expand her education and understanding surrounding the impacts of mental health and neurological conditions.
